HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND SYMPOSIUM CANCELLATION POLICY
For Hotel Reservations: Call the Radisson WorldGate Resort Kissimmee at (407) 396-1400/1-888-201-1718. Be sure to identify yourself as attending the ATAF Symposium and Business Meeting to ensure ATAF room rate per night. Room Rate - $94.00. Reservations must be made by March 31, 2010 to ensure room rate. After this date, reservations will be provided on a space – available basis at prevailing rates. **Hotel room check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM** For Symposium Cancellation: All refund requests must be sent in writing to: Bill Biaggi, ATC, LAT 12780 Waterford Lakes Pkwy, Suite 115 Orlando, FL 32828. Full Refunds will be given if a written request is received by March 30, 2010. Fifty percent refunds will given if a written request is postmarked by April 6, 2009.Requests received after April 6, 2010 will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after the symposium, and will not be made on site. The cost is $17.50 for the online portion, plus the cost of the skills check.
